Challenge
This is a three-storey Grade II listed house in Bedford Park. The owners needed a house that worked for modern family life — better layout, new services, a usable rear room and garden — without a heavy-handed rebuild. Every change had to sit with the original fabric and conservation rules.

Solution
Robin Services Ltd carried out the internal renovation and a modest rear addition to the store, then finished the garden to match.

The works included:

• Bespoke joinery

• New electrics, lighting, heating and underfloor heating
