Challenge:

The owners wanted more ground-floor living space and an extra bedroom without moving house. The existing layout did not work for family life, and any addition had to sit cleanly on the original house rather than look bolted on.

Solution:

Robin Services Ltd built a single-storey side and rear extension to open up the ground floor, then added a dormer to create usable loft space for a bedroom. Inside, the house was refurbished throughout, including a new kitchen and purpose-made wardrobes, shelving and cabinetry. Andrzej Teterycz oversaw the job from start to finish so the extension, loft and interiors read as one house, not three separate works.
