Handyman

  1. Are you insured?
    Yes, we carry L1m of public liability insurance.
  2. Do you have any CORGI registered engineers?
    No. as general handymen we can do a wide range of jobs, but we are not CORGI registered, so we don’t do any work with gas.
  3. Do you do office work?
    Yes. We can take care of everyday maintenance and repairs.

Cleaning Services

  1. Can you provide references from some of your customers?
    Yes, we can provide references from our current customers.

  3. Are there a minimum number of hours per visit?
    Yes. We require 2 hours minimum per visit for cleaning.
  4. Will I have the same cleaner every week?
    Yes. providing you are happy with your cleaner
  5. Who is responsible for providing the cleaning products and materials?
    In regular cleaning you are responsible for supplying cleaning materials and equipment. Alternatively we can supply cleaning materials but there will be an addition cost. In one-off cleaning we are supplying cleaning materials.

Gardening

  1. Are there a minimum number of hours per visit?
    Yes. We require 2 hours minimum per visit
  2. How often do you come?
    The gardening service is provided either weekly or fortnightly. You choose which suits you best.
  3. Are there any contracts to sign?
    No. there is no need for a contract.
  4. How can I pay?
    Just tell us how you want to pay. Cash, cheque or monthly standing order.
